Global rules — NDAA §889, the FCC equipment ban, and parallel measures across Western markets — have removed the world's largest surveillance manufacturers from a large share of global demand. AVTECH's answer is focus: concentrate design and manufacturing on Taiwan-made, compliance-documented IP cameras; serve brand customers through OEM/ODM partnerships; keep the installed DVR base maintained and secure; and extend the platform toward access control.
